Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B sales efforts across logistics, transport, and e-commerce sectors.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 client servicing executives/ business development executives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct meetings, pitch presentations, and product demos to enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging and strategy.
  • Ensure proper tracking of leads, deals, and activities through CRM tools.
  • Attend key industry events and represent the company in client meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Regularly travel to meet potential clients and represent RoadCast at industry events and expos.
  • Network actively in the ecosystem to generate leads and partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Experience selling to large clients in the logistics, SaaS, or transport space.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
  • A good understanding of logistics industry challenges is a big plus.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Network actively in the ecosystem to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Regularly travel to meet potential clients and represent RoadCast at industry events and expos.
  • Ability to identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
